At the Bay Club, we take pride in offering our members a wide assortment of top-of-the line fitness equipment for the most effective (and efficient) workouts—all perfectly complemented by welcoming surroundings and talented instructors. But what really sets us apart is our programming.

SPORTS

Since the opening of our first club in San Francisco in 1977, we’ve offered a wide range of exciting sports activities for adults and kids alike. And while squash courts have since replaced most of our racquetball courts, we continue to offer all the sports our members love to watch and play.

We’re proud to be known for our hospitality, our thoughtful amenities and high level of service that make each of our clubs a getaway from the everyday. WELLNESS MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS

At the Bay Club, we’ve taken our popular Corporate Membership Program—which offers fantastic savings to companies both large and small—and expanded it to include something we do every day: Provide fun and unique experiences. Now you can give your employees all the health and wellness benefits of a top club membership,plus an assortment of on-demand team-building activities through one of our exclusive partnership programs.

ACTIVE TEAMS MEMBERSHIP

Our Active Teams Membership offers companies with more than 250 associates the opportunity to offer their staff the ultimate in convenience and lifestyle, while enjoying unmatched value and service. Here’s how it works: Your organization commits to $100 a person for 20% of your staff total. In return, each associate receives a monthly dues rate of $50 (plus a $50 enrollment fee) for a single-site or mini-campus membership. Your company’s commitment would be nominal—just two years, with a required yearly headcount on participating associates.

LIFESTYLE FUND PROGRAM

With our Lifestyle Fund Program, companies can commit to an annual spend towards lifestyle activities for your team. Based on the size and quarterly commitment of your company, participating associates will receive a monthly dues discount on their choice of a single-site or campus membership, plus access to a whole host of lifestyle activities! Each tier requires a monetary commitment, unless the minimum number of associates is met.

TIER 1: $35 DUES DISCOUNT

$25,000 commitment OR 20 associate minimum
Minimum quarterly spend: $6,250

TIER 2: $75 DUES DISCOUNT

$50,000 commitment OR 50 associate minimum
Minimum quarterly spend: $12,500

Charles Damiano

Charles adds more than twenty years of industry and sales management experience—and a whole lot of enthusiasm—to The Bay Club Company’s team. He is currently responsible for company-wide sales and revenue generation, and is an integral part of the Corporate Lifestyle Program where he conceptualizes membership packages and lifestyle menu items for our corporate clients. Charles’ prior successes include a variety of senior sales management roles, as well as responsibility for the construction, pre-sale strategy, and grand opening of the first Derek Jeter 24 Hour Fitness Ultra Sport location. Charles has a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine from New York University and currently splits his time between offices in New York and California.

Cameron Gill

Cameron began his career with the Bay Club immediately after graduating from UC Davis with his Bachelor of Arts degree in communications. Right from the get-go, Cameron’s innate interpersonal and hospitality skills were immediately evident. Cameron began his career with the Bay Club immediately after graduating from UC Davis with his Bachelor of Arts degree in communications. Right from the get-go, Cameron’s innate interpersonal and hospitality skills were immediately evident. Inspired by the company’s direction and culture, he quickly worked his way up the ranks—from membership sales assistant to regional director in an unprecedented four years. Cameron knows that people want more than a club to belong to, but rather a place where they can go to enhance their active lifestyle. And he has a knack for helping match individuals, families, and teams with their ideal membership. A San Rafael native, Cameron currently resides in San Francisco with his fiancé and their French bulldog, Lulu.

Frank believes that leading from the front, while supporting the cast around you and driving everyone to become better, is the only way to be successful—a credo he embodies every day at the Bay Club. A respected veteran of the fitness, hospitality, and real estate industries, Frank got his start in clubs at the reception desk, giving him a strong foundation in operations. And he quickly worked his way up to director of sales for all 10 New York Health & Racquet Club locations within a few short years. Soon after meeting his now-wife Jackie, they made the move to California and they currently reside in Foster City, where they recently welcomed their first child, who is their pride and joy.

Alyssa DiMaria

Bay Club Concierge
Alyssa is a true rising star at the Bay Club. A recent graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, her background working for key players in the hospitality realm—including Hilton, Starwood, and Marriott—has made her a natural fit as part of the Bay Club’s concierge team. In this role, she has co-managed both the Tahoe and Palm Springs partnerships, while helping to relaunch the member rewards program. A native of Pittsburgh, PA, her calm and sweet demeanor belies the fervor of a dyed-in-the wool Pirates and Steelers fan! Alyssa currently lives in Mill Valley, where she’s enjoying “all things outdoors”.

Bay Club Concierge
Sports and hospitality are two of JD’s passions. So helping create a concierge program at a renowned lifestyle club is, well… right in his wheelhouse. JD is a recent graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, where as a member of the Varsity Baseball Team, he was an All-Ivy League Selection, Team Captain, and 2012 Ivy League Champion. And since helping launch the Bay Club’s Concierge Department, he has co-managed partnerships with Tahoe Mountain Club and the La Quinta Resort & Club in Palm Springs, helping to create one-of-a-kind experiences for Bay Club members, while also working on systems to better enhance the golf reservations process. JD hails from Cincinnati, OH, and now lives in San Francisco. His interests include going to concerts, working out, and fishing. (And he claims to be a better golfer than Cameron!)
