Bay Club Cupertino features four immaculate glass-backed courts. And whether you're a seasoned player or picking up a racquet for the first time, we have a full range of top-notch squash programs for players of all ages and abilities.

At the Bay Club, our goal is to offer a comprehensive and affordable Pilates program that will provide you the opportunity to experience a range of instruction, while you safely and effectively progress your Pilates practice. With this in mind, we give you Pilates Prime. This innovative new membership gives you unlimited access to our Pilates Allegro classes at the low rate of $149 per month. What’s more, as a Pilates Prime member, you’ll also receive special discounted rates on personal studio instruction!
With this membership, you’ll have the ability to attend any of the Allegro classes on the schedule. And class sign-ups can be made up to three days in advance at the Reception Desk, or online via the website. Additionally, our Prime Preferred membership option gives you the ability to pre-book your class times prior to the beginning of each month for only $199 per month.

Our weekly class schedule includes a number of cycle classes throughout the day. Our specialized Cycle Studio features Keiser bikes—which measure power output through WATTs—and the new Polar Group Cycling Heart Rate monitoring system. Both systems provide the rider with continuous feedback regarding their performance to optimize workouts and prevent over-training.

From Ashtanga to Vinyasa, the Club offers a variety of yoga classes taught by our highly qualified teachers to help you find your balance.
Our Mind & Body Center is equipped with three small studios for private instruction and a large studio with state-of-the-art sound system, suspended hardwood floors, and soft lighting that is ideally suited for yoga. In addition to our full schedule of complimentary classes, we also offer frequent introductory and advanced workshops and series.
