Performance Training

Breakaway is an endurance training program at Bay Club San Francisco that is fully integrative and complimentary to members. We offer a chance to power up your performance in a community of coaches and athletes dedicated to peak endurance training. Whether you’re new to endurance sports or a pro—we’ll provide the tools necessary for you to achieve your goals.

 
Programs

The following are Breakaway designated classes:

Tuesday
6:00–7:30 am | Breakaway Ride with JD
7:30–8:00 am | Transition Run with JD

Wednesday
Coming in February
6:00–7:30 am | Breakaway Ride with JD

Thursday
6:00–7:30 am | Breakaway Ride with JD
7:30–8:00 am | Transition Run with JD
6:45–8:15 pm | Breakaway Ride with Cesar

Saturday
Coming in February
9:00–10:30 am | Morning Breakaway Ride (alternating instructor)
