$35 Drop in / $200 Class Pass Dumbbell Derby will be a small group, HIIT workout class combined with strength training. Ranging from cardio to strength, this class is for those who want to increase strength, performance, and overall fitness. The workout will consist of mainly dumbbells and occasional body weight exercises to help increase your overall fitness level.
