Since we were founded in 1977, the Bay Club has been a pioneer in fitness and hospitality. From starting the first ever co-ed club in the country to spearheading the sports resort concept, innovation, inclusivity, and growth define our DNA. We break barriers and think creatively to serve our club and local communities as the world around us changes. And while we’re proud of our accomplishments over the years, we’re always on a mission to learn, progress, and make a positive impact.
We’ve all experienced the power of community, and how essential it is to staying happy and healthy.
For the last 40 years, the Bay Club has been many things—a pillar in active lifestyle, a leader in hospitality—but above all, we have been a community. Together, we celebrate the little things, we overcome challenges, and we lift each other up.
Change happens when we look inward. This starts at home, in our clubs, and within our very own communities.
At the Bay Club, diversity and inclusion are a part of our culture. They are core principles guiding how we build teams that celebrate equity. We are committed to listening, educating, raising awareness, and taking action to be an influence for generations to come. We champion diversity and aspire to empower a community of inclusive leaders.
Bay Club cultivates a more inclusive workplace through minority outreach and ongoing D&I dialogues.
We can only succeed when our communities succeed.
We believe in giving back—and we always have.
Ever since the Bay Club began, philanthropy has been at the heart of our community and business. We are passionate about giving back to the local communities that surround us, and we know there’s always an opportunity to do something good for someone else. We have a proud history of partnering with both local and national nonprofits to help those in need.
During the course of the year, we will focus on various community initiatives highlighted below.
