*This is a beginners Class. We introduce the sport of basketball by building a foundation on developing basic motor skills, and fundamental movement patterns such as jumping, changing direction and running by incorporating games that pertain to the sport of basketball. We will introduce skills with dribbling, footwork body control, shooting, rebounding, defense, passing and catching the basketball, at this level.
