Masters swimming is a program for anyone that wants to build endurance and speed in the water. We run a daily in Bay Club Pleasanton’s main lap pool. Our team-oriented workouts are approximately 3500 yards building all aspects of training for open water and pool competitions, as well as general conditioning. Whether training for general fitness or to compete, masters primary focus is fun.
Suggested prerequisite for Masters: ability to swim 500 yards in 10 minutes and execute flip turns.
