BIO

Breann Mitchell has been in the fitness industry for 17 years. She holds a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Fitness, Nutrition, and Health from San Diego State University. She also holds national certifications as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor with AFAA, NASM, ACSM and various individual format certifications including PiYo, P90X, Insanity, Cize, Turbo Kick, Country Heat, Mat Pilates, and more. She currently oversees Group Exercise for The Bay Club Company and is passionately committed to bringing the latest innovations into the club as well as creating signature programming exclusive for Bay Club members.
