Edward has taught and trained in group and private fitness classes for over twenty years, and has been a dedicated professional with the Western Athletic Clubs Brand since 1996. Edward develops original programs for participants of all levels using his background knowledge of H.I.I.T., BOSU and core strength training, and spinning. He specializes in strength development, and always incorporates cardio.
