BIO

Kristina is a Personal Trainer as well as a Group Fitness Instructor. She received her Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Masters in Sport Management, from the University of San Francisco. Growing up in Sacramento,  She has always played multiple sports and fell in love with fitness at an early age. She prides herself in empowering others through motivation, inspiration, and positive energy.  She is eager to help you achieve your goals with hard work, dedication, and a smile!
