Laura Sachs specializes in teaching yoga and pilates reformer classes, heart rate training, stress reduction methodology, and guided meditation. She considers her athleticism to be a “way of life,” and a contributing factor to her goal of having a positive impact on others.
She received her BA, Teaching Credential, ACE, RYT and NCBTMB, following her love for working in a variety of interests across any age range. Sachs strives to help each student enjoy their health and well being, while encouraging them to gain a wider perspective on what fitness means to them. In Joseph Pilates words: “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness…performing our many and varied daily tasks with spontaneous zest and pleasure.
In addition to her passion for fitness, Sachs enjoys time with her family, nature, and foodie and wine experiences.
