BIO
Nadine Johnson:
Nadine started practicing over 24 years ago to relax while working 12 hour days and traveling 100K+ miles per year. Yoga helped her stay healthy and thrive in her career. She started teaching over 15 years ago to help others find a healthy balance in life.
 
Nadine has graduated from teacher trainings with Clayton Horton at Greenpath Yoga, David Swenson, and Urban Zen-level 1.  She is an E-RYT500 Yoga Alliance certified YogaWorks trained teacher in her hometown, San Francisco.  She is heavily influenced by her continued education through workshops and trainings with senior teachers such as Maty Ezraty, Richard Freeman, Jillian Pransky and Sarah Powers. She maintains her consistent practice and teaching of Ashtanga Yoga as taught by the late Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in India. She integrates Restorative and Yin Yoga for balance on her Vinyasa classes.
 
Experience clear and concise direction in Nadine’s yoga classes and on her retreats. She loves to help students discover their own inner strength intelligently and safely for a sustainable practice.  She always says, do what you can until you can do more.
