As a personal trainer, group exercise instructor and dancer, Nancy Mimms believes the foundation of every workout is proper alignment and impeccable form. Her training focuses on injury prevention and helps individuals advance towards their personal goals. Mimms says she “teaches her clients to fish” while making the training process challenging but fun.
