Sara Frazier

Yog Instructor


Sara Frazier has been practicing yoga with passion since 1990. Sara made a career change from marketing and administration in a hightech company in the Valley, to follow her heart and become a yoga instructor. She took her yoga teacher training program with Joyce Anue of YES School, and completed 200 hours of training in addition to several workshops. Sara is a certified and registered yoga teacher. She has been teaching for over 13 years, in several fitness centers.

Sara’s intent as a yoga teacher is not only to cultivate strength and flexibility in the body, but to help her students become aware of their own conditioning and potential. Yoga is not only a physical discipline, but powerful tool for mental and emotional healing. Sara’s Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga style classes focus on Pranayama (breath work), stretching for flexibility, strength, balance, core strengthening, Sun Salutations, and meditation. Sara uses and plans different theme every week in her classes, while incorporating meditation, standing postures, balance work, and breathe awareness.
