A dance and an aerobics instructor for more than 30 years. Conducted several workshops of Argentine Tango, Salsa, and Latin rhythms.
Currently teaching: Cardio Latin Dance where you will encounter a little Mambo, Salsa, and Cha-Cha-Cha all combined in a fun, upbeat workout with a smooth Latin twist. Aerobic 2 Dance, uses a 32-count combination rule, the roost in this cardio dance party, paying tribute to where it all began. Step 2 Rhythm is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that involves stepping up and down on a platform to unique and creative choreography.
All of these classes are designed to keep your body fit, but also work on improving your memory and keeping your mind strong.
