Lessons & Clinics
Bay Club SF Tennis offers a wide range of lessons and clinics that include private and group instruction.

Leagues & Tournaments
Bay Club SF Tennis hosts more than 20 competitive USTA tennis teams. For more information or to join a team, contact the Tennis Office or visit the USTA Northern California website.
We also host and participate in tennis events throughout the year, including divisions for Singles, Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Teams, Member/Guests, and Families.
This pickup doubles program requires no reservations and no opponent. Just drop in and a member of our staff will organize a fun, equally matched doubles game for you.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 3:00 pm–7:00 pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 am–12:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 pm–4:00 pm
This program is designed for members who want to play weekly singles matches and offers a custom-created, 5-to-10-week match schedule, with evenly matched opponents.

Bay Club trainers are nationally certified and many hold exercise-related degrees. All trainers pursue extensive continuing education and professional development on a regular basis. Choose the trainer that best meets your needs by using our tier system, which recognizes a trainer’s overall record of success, level of education, specialty training, and years of experience.
Pro Trainers: Up to 2 years of experience
Master Trainers: 2+ years
Elite Trainers: 3+ years
Ultimate Trainers: 5+ years

From Vinyasa to Hatha, find your balance with a variety of yoga classes taught by our highly qualified teachers. Enjoy unlimited classes at no additional cost, so you can find the style that best suits you. You can also deepen your practice by combining weekly classes with private instruction and specialty yoga workshops.

One-on-one yoga, like personal fitness training, is tailored to you. These 60-minute sessions allow you to work privately with a yoga teacher to create a practice for your body and your level of experience. One-on-one yoga allows you to work on what makes sense for you, at your own pace.
