SUP Club

We've teamed up with TARSAN Stand-Up Paddle Boarding to offer our members an exclusive opportunity!  If you haven't yet tried this exciting new sport, now is the time. Starting in early November and throughout December, we are offering complimentary paddle access to try it out for yourself. Not only is stand-up paddle boarding, or SUP, a great workout, it's also perfect for a day of family fun, or try it solo and enjoy the water from an elevated view.

Once the partnership is official, we will offer an unlimited paddle boarding membership for Bay Club members to add on to their existing membership.

By being a part of the SUP Club, members will have access to incorporate stand-up paddle boarding, or SUP, into their active lifestyles. Those who opt for a Paddle Pass membership will recieve:

  • Complimentary SUP classes; Yoga, paddling, fitness, surfing, and more
  • Special discounted pricing for guests of Bay Club members
  • Invitations to exclusive Bay Club member events at Tarsan SUP
  • Discounts on private lessons
  • Access to the only private dock in Redondo Beach

CYCLING STUDIO

Our dedicated cycling studio at our Manhattan Beach/El Segundo campus is designed so members of any fitness level can enjoy the exhilarating experience of a cycling class. Cycle class is a place to get motivated and get the endorphins flowing. Depending on your intensity level, you can burn anywhere from 400 to 600-plus calories. With energizing music, the infectious energy of the class, and a motivating instructor, you’ll get lost in the ride.

RAQUETBALL COURT

The racquetball court at our campus in Manhattan Beach/El Segundo provides a fun, intense workout that keeps you on your toes in a fast-paced game. Racquetball requires little equipment—just shoes, glove, goggles, ball, and racquet—and offers several health benefits. For your comfort, the racquetball court has a top-quality sport floor to lessen the impact on joints, knees, and feet. While playing racquetball offers numerous health benefits, players also enjoy the social atmosphere of the racquetball community—we hold special member events and friendly competitions for Bay Club members throughout the year.

INDOOR BASKETBALL

Whether you’re playing competitively or just for fun, basketball isn’t just a game—it’s also a great addition to your cardio workout. No matter if you’re playing one-on-one with a friend or challenging a league team to a game for bragging rights, our indoor basketball court has everything you need for a fast break from your daily routine. Recognized as “the place” to play in Los Angeles, our games are very competitive. But for those members who prefer a more casual scenario, we offer non-competitive play options too.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

If you want to meet new friends who share similar fitness goals and are motivated by your class peers, a dynamic instructor, and great music, we have everything you’re looking for and more. Our diverse range of group classes—from cardio and dance to strength and fusion—ensures that everyone can experience a class they love in an atmosphere that is inviting, motivating, and dynamic.

TEAM TRAINING

Team Training is an intense small group workout based on the philosophy of cross training that combines a wide variety of functional movements into a timed or scored workout that anyone can do. Typically the workouts combine pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, running, rowing, and a host of other movements, plus a variety of equipment—kettle bells, boxes, and sleds—designed to help you reach new levels of fitness, function, definition, and athleticism. Our signature classes are taught by coaches with expertise in varied high-intensity functional training movements, focusing on power, speed, strength, endurance, and agility, and are available at two different times per day Monday–Saturday.
