We are thrilled to introduce our newest signature group exercise class, FIIGHT. FIIGHT is a 12 round, 50-minute class that will build your strength, focus, and endurance. Learn the skills and drills of boxing while also working on a wide range of resistance training using the newly released VECTOR. This is High-Intensity Interval Training at its finest with some of the best instructors. These drills paired with rest intervals are sure to push you to the next level in your fitness pursuit.

Be sure to come to class with boxing gloves, and wraps—you can bring your own too. Don’t have any? We’ll be selling them at The Shop, and we’ll have a limited number of gloves and wraps that can be rented at least 10 minutes before class.
Bring water, and most importantly, a good attitude to class! We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to class start time to get wrapped and set up if you need assistance. This class has limited spots and if you arrive late, we cannot guarantee your spot will be saved.
Currently, FIIGHT is only offered at Bay Club San Francisco, but we’ll continue to keep our members updated about FIIGHT at any other properties.
