Barre
We are thrilled to offer this class format across our club locations. Barre is a special hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired moves with the best of Pilates, yoga, and strength training with a focus on high reps and small range movements. You’re definitely going to feel it after working unique muscle groups other classes may miss!
CLASS TYPES
Ditch those slippers – this isn’t ballet. Absolute Barre is, however, an absolutely amazing workout.
Director Channing Azzolino and her team of instructors, teach elements of Ballet workout, Pilates, yoga, and functional training to create a unique cocktail of strength training and flexibility work. Upbeat music, occasional themes, and variety of exercises using equipment such as mini-balls and small weights make Absolute Barre a BLAST. Absolute Barre will tone your abs and glutes, and sculpt, slim, and stretch your whole body.
Meet us at the Barre. Socks are required, sticky socks are recommended.
Barre Above® is a totally unique approach to barre workouts as you’ve seen them. Fusing the best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre Above® delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape.
Barre with a twist! Incorporating exciting new modalities along with traditional True Barre exercises for a full body functional workout. Al levels welcome.
This class blends elements of Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and Body Sculpting to improve posture, increase flexibility, and create a strong sculpted body. All levels welcome.
