With school starting, we know that many of you are adjusting to a student at home during the day—and are looking for after-school activities that get them out of the house and away from the screen! Our After-School programming will range from sports clinics and fitness programming to cooking classes, art classes, and more. There’s an option for everyone!

We look forward to providing your kids with a safe and enriching space to stay active, socialize with peers, and grow!

Take part in our Football Conditioning Clinic, which will focus on developing your athlete’s physical and mental fortitude. This clinic will build your athlete’s strength, speed, agility, and explosiveness—skills that can immediately transfer onto the field.

It’s game time! Enhance your athlete’s fundamentals to reach the next level by sharpening their ball-handling, shooting, passing, finishing, and scoring moves. Our coaches will train your athlete in a team environment for in-game success while ensuring they have fun!

Take part in our Bay Club Dance Academy focused on teaching and refining dance technique. Each day will have a new lesson as well as build upon a routine. The final week will end with a filmed music video!

Sean Green Basketball Clinic
Join Sean Green former NBA basketball player and Bay Club Ultimate Level trainer as he helps you enhance the skills you need to reach the next level.  Improve your shooting, ball-handling, passing, finishing, and overall court awareness. Green teaches in a way that helps you transfer your workouts into in-game success.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 10:00 am – 12:00 pm | Ages 14 – 17 | $150/week
Tuesday, Thursday | 10:00 am – 12:00 pm | Ages 11 – 13 | $100/week

This total body sculpting and conditioning workout is specific for your body and goals. Improve balance, mobility, core strength, stability, and conditioning through these fundamental movements. Lead by NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Kristina Alai. With hard work, dedication, and a smile she is eager to help you achieve your goals.  Let’s get LIT!

Dance Academy

High-intensity workout blending body weight and resistance training with aerobic drills to improve overall speed, agility, balance, and endurance. Coach: Luis Gonzales

Basketball Skills Clinic
Develop the skills you need to improve your basketball game. Sharpen your ball-handling, shooting, passing, finishing, and scoring moves, and have fun while you learn. Coach: Billye Burke

Mind and Body Clinic
Yoga and Tai Chi are meant for everyone and everybody. The focus is to make the connection between ‘physical and emotional well-being and self-awareness’ and to provide one space to be able to explore the physical, social, and emotional connections between the mind and the body.

Football Conditioning
Off-season training starts with a complete functional evaluation to identify potential improvements in their sport and to get to the source. This allows athletes to identify and understand what it will take to meet their full potential. Learning how to build strength, speed, and performance that will transfer to the field. Coach: Dennis Hevrilla and Bill Daniels

Youth Boxing Clinic
HIIT based boxing workout includes boxing combinations, core work, plyometrics, footwork drills, and bodyweight strength training. JR Chandra’s passionate style of training can be attributed to his personal experience as an elite level athlete. JR has over 15 years of competitive experience in Muay Thai, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Track and Field, and Football, to name a few. Coach: JR Chandra, BNB Certified Boxing Trainer (Level 2)

Basketball Conditioning and Skills
Our basketball conditioning and skill camp will focus on developing individual skills in a fun, encouraging, team filled environment. We will focus on different skills each day that will assist in developing our young athletes into more mature young men and women. Each day our campers will be developing their individual shooting, dribbling, and passing skills to assist in progressing their skill sets. Coaches: Alexander Dodge

Pre-Season Football Conditioning

Pre-Season Football Conditioning
This clinic will help your athlete prepare for the upcoming football season. Workouts will include footwork, sport-specific movements, and HIIT workouts to enhance conditioning. Coaches: Robert Rose & Johann Lozano

Strength and Conditioning
This clinic is designed for any athlete looking for strength and conditioning guidance for their specific sport. Your athlete will be given workout guidance to set them on a path towards optimal conditioning. Coaches: Shaelyn Ziegler & Emmanuel Gbondo
