EDGE Resistance is group strength training re-imagined. Learn foundational movements to build a strong base, then add in weight training, three-dimensional movement patterns, and intense cardio work for a total body challenge guaranteed to improve fitness and performance. Coaches individually tailor the level of intensity to ensure every team member gets a tough and efficient workout.
Senior EDGE promotes mobility, strength, and conditioning for those who want to move better and feel better without the intensity and heavy lifting that EDGE Resistance provides. Workouts focus on proper form, mobility, cardiovascular health, and pain-free movement. They are designed to meet the needs of our older members or those just looking to move better.

Dynamic Group Training with Marlin Bernabe
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 6:00am-7:00am, 10:00am-11:00am
DGT is where traditional training methodology meets unconventional strength training tools. Marlin will motivate you as you develop and improve core strength, stability, coordination, flexibility, and mental focus to reach your ideal fitness level. Training can be modified to fit your fitness level and abilities. Your first class is free.
Hit Squad with Zach Spencer
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 11:30am-12:15pm
Toughness isn’t about how you act — it’s about how you train! Designed to yield effective results fast, HIT Squad is a grueling test of body and mind. But fear not — Wolfgang teaches proper progressions, regressions, and techniques so that anyone can be HIT fit. The only requirement for this class is that you be ready to work your butt off! Your first class is free.
KXT Kettlebell Cross-Training with Sunny Park & Zach Spencer
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00am-10:00am
Fourth Saturday of Each Month: 9:00am-10:00am
Let’s get swinging! This kettlebell cross-training class is designed to develop strength, power, core stability, and endurance through progressive conditioning and technical perfection. Participants will begin with basic movements and advance to more complex ones as they develop proficiency. Progressions and regressions of each exercise are available. A kettlebell orientation class is a prerequisite for new kettlebell users. All levels are welcome.
Pound-4-Pound with Vince Kinney
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6:30am-7:30am
Bringing together all elements of fitness, POUND-4-POUND will take your abilities and conditioning to a new level. Wolfgang leads this class, which combines Olympic lifting, body weight exercises, and metabolic training for a highly-effective, all-inclusive workout that will make you pound-for-pound the fittest you’ve ever been.
