Where do my donations go?

Your donations directly support Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco’s mission to provide safe spaces, educational programming, and enrichment activities for youth. Contributions fund essential programs like homework help, arts and crafts, STEM initiatives, and after-school care at local Club locations in San Francisco.

How do I sign up to volunteer?

Members can easily sign up to start volunteering through Boys & Girls Clubs link under the “Volunteer” dropdown. Volunteers must complete a background check through Boys and Girls Clubs of San Francisco (BGCSF). You can participate in event-based opportunities, such as STEM fairs and holiday events, or sign up for ongoing activities that fit your schedule. If you’d like to volunteer for seasonal or special events, no background check is required, and Bay Club will send out sign-up emails when these events are scheduled.

Can I choose which location to volunteer at?

Yes! Members can choose from various Club locations in San Francisco based on availability and personal preference.

Are there opportunities to volunteer as a family?

Volunteers must be 18 or older, but occasionally, there will be events where families can volunteer together.
