Challenge your physical and mental strength using resistance, speed, positioning, and cadence to burn calories and improve strength. Your instructor will guide you through a workout that will include endurance runs, climbs, high intensity intervals, and drills to challenge your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems.

Vinyasa means ‘flow’, offering a fluid, moving practice for the student who prefers a dynamic yoga class with a flowing series as a foundation. Vinyasa yoga is a fluid experience of yoga moving from asana to asana on the breath, with time for more challenging yoga postures towards the end of the class, finishing with a final relaxation.

All Group Exercise classes will be held on our Center Tennis Court. Please bring your own mat. We will be using our SoundOff equipment so please arrive early to receive your headset and instruction.
High Intensity Interval Training at its finest. Cardio drills paired with rest intervals to push you to the next level in your cardiovascular pursuit.

For a twist on your exercise routine, you can’t beat the refreshing challenge of cross-training in water. Enjoy a fun, cardiovascular and strength training workout in the warmth and comfort of water. The non-impact exercises are great for people with any knee, low back or joint discomfort. But just because this class is low impact, don’t think it’s less work! You’re guaranteed to get your heart rate up and burn plenty of calories. All levels are welcome in these complimentary classes.

This ever changing class format will challenge your total body to new fitness levels. Strengthen your mayor muscle groups with body weight exercises and resistance bands to target the major muscle groups and elevate not only your heart rate but also your spirit.
