Class will consist of 15min. -30min. of serving using different techniques/ exercises to learn and improve their serve. Every week I will have a different technique/ exercise to improve serving. After serving for 15-30 minutes students will work on their return covering the following: -Technique -Strategy -Playing out the points Last 30min. Will consist of CHALLENGING games and point playing, using serves and returns.
