A 50/50 combo that combines cycling and strength training. Start off with a 25-minute, high-energy ride on the bike, then dismount and grab your weights for 25-minutes of boot camp-style exercises! Make sure to bring your sneakers. Cycle shoes not required.

Flow-Based Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (pranayama) together to produce a "flow" of postures that lead from... Expect a rigorous, fast paced, make-you-sweat practice. This is a strong vinyasa based class with continuous movement where students flow... Slower is stronger!
