Vinyasa means "flow", offering a fluid and moving practice for the individual who prefers a dynamic class with "vinyasas" or a flowing series of yoga poses.
!!!!PLEASE bring your own mat and props A rolled bath towel/pillow and a bathrobe belt can substitute for a bolster and strap.

This interval class is a great calorie burner and an excellent way to shake up your workout. Outdoor X is a drills based class that provides training for recreational activities, the drills change with the seasons to prepare participants for the activities of the season. Outdoor X is an interval class using body weight exercises to enhance strength and endurance. Train with a purpose, Train like an athlete.
Though this is a group class, each person participates at the level that is appropriate for their goals, as a result we see a wide cross section of the club present in our classes. It is the fastest hour at the club.
INCLEMENT WEATHER- class will be relocated to the Rock Wall Space.
