A hard driven, no-nonsense workout that delivers a variety of cardiovascular and strength drills,
Boot camp requires minimal coordination and delivers maximum intensity and improves overall
fitness with sports drills, athletic and sports specific exercises for the upper and lower body,
and an endless amount of high intensity activities.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa means ‘flow’, offering a fluid, moving practice for the student who prefers a dynamic yoga class with a flowing series as a foundation. Vinyasa yoga is a fluid experience of yoga moving from asana to asana on the breath, with time for more challenging yoga postures towards the end of the class, finishing with a final relaxation.

LaBlast Dance
LaBlast is an exciting interval cardio dance workout based on all dances seen on 'Dancing with the Stars' while learning the true skill of dance. It's completely partner free and uses a wide variety of music. La Blast is an exciting workout in disguise

Kickboxing
This exhilarating, non-stop, cardio-intensive workout will teach you the basic fundamentals of
boxing, kickboxing, and martial arts. Driven by high-energy music, you'll punch and kick your
body into shape. This is a non-contact class and does not require any special equipment.
