Masters swim is an engaging and fun group atmosphere for adults to do coached workouts by an experienced swim instructor. We believe that swimming is a great way for adults to get into shape! Since swimming is very low impact on your body and joints, it is the perfect way to exercise.
Swimmers who participate should be familiar with interval training and be able to make 5 x 100 on a 2:00 interval at least.

This Clinic is for beginner tennis players who have 0 to 20 hours of formal tennis lessons either Group or Private. This class will use a Low Compression Tennis Ball to facilitate rally play.
If only 2 Registered Players, Converts to a 1 hour clinic
There is a 24-hour cancelation policy. Cancellations within the 24 hour window are charged the full cost of the Clinic.
*Please be aware, any participant who arrives 15 minutes past the clinic start time will have their spot given to a waiting member.
